AB: Best known for his instrumental work in bringing the National Hockey League to Calgary by acquiring the Atlanta Flames in 1980, Harley Hotchkiss was inducted into the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame and Museum in 2007. This autobiography covers Harley's early life from his beginnings in Ontario, his own foray into amateur hockey, his successful career in the oilfield and later efforts in encouraging grass-root hockey and helping with the development of the Saddledome Foundation and others that continue to fund and support amateur athletes.
