AB: Two Alberta hockey players are mentioned in this overview of all the inducted members of the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1964. First, Alberta Sport Hall of Fame and Museum inductee David "Sweeney" Schriner is featured: he scored over 200 goals in his career, helping the Toronto Maple Leafs win the Stanley Cup (p.46). Cecil "Tiny" Thompson, born in Sandon, Alberta is also mentioned as spending 12 years in the NHL as a goalie (p. 50).
