Using the Website Search Box
The search box can be used to search for a:
- specific sport, e.g. baseball, or curling, judo, calf roping
- person as subject, e.g. Wayne Gretzky
- team, e.g. Edmonton Eskimos, Calgary Flames
- author of an article, book chapter or book, e.g. Redmond, Gerald, or Gray, James
- community sport history, e.g High River, Lloydminister, Strathmore, Calgary, Edmonton
Another approach to information is to search by sport subjects. See our sport topics in our menu to find a particular sport.
Please note, however, that this is an ongoing project and not all sports played in Alberta have print, online, or media resources. Additional sports will be added later.
